Edit: Contrary to what I mention in the video, you want Padme faster than R2D2, so that if Echo stuns R2, you can cleanse him with Padme and immediately take a turn. If R2 was faster then he would lose a turn.Note that all testing was done against full relic 501st Clone teams with R4 minimum, with my C3PO and R2D2 at G12.
