Padmé works as a counter as it has survivability in the beginning onslaught and the fact it does not rely on protection to survive, rather increasing max health (Which is why a GAS modded for protection, like he would be with 501st, isn't ideal).

All of the debuffs that the enemy team lands are turned into protection up because of Padmé's cleanse and from there the team gets on top of the things. Once everyone but Sith Eternal Emperor are killed, it will take a bit of time to kill the Galactic Legend, but since he doesn't have the Ultimate he doesn't have the same win condition that he otherwise would have: instant defeats through Linked. This way, if Sith Eternal Emperor does not have the Ultimate ability, this composition should work to counter SEE, as demonstrated in the video.
