A quick video on the SLKR Nightsisters team for Phase 2/3 of the Challenge Tier Rancor Raid.
Supreme Leader Kylo with Old Daka and Zombie is currently the top team for phases 2 and 3. This team should get you between 15% and 25%, and even as high as 30% with really good RNG in Phase 3.

UPDATE: Can sub Hermit Yoda in for Thrawn and still do 20+%.
