Holocron #6 explains how I set up all my mod filters, to work mods in several different layers, including slicing filters for each tier. The method uses a lot of filters, which gives me control over how I'm spending credits, and lets me work on the mods I want without accidentally selling off things I wanted to keep.

These filters work as shown, if you choose to follow them then ALWAYS check to ensure it's filtering correctly before you select all and sell. Missing one or two key elements of the filter can result in undesired outcomes...so pay attention and verify before you click.
