In this video I break down how to handle Zeta Barriss in the arena. She's giving a lot of people grief lately, and it can be pretty easily managed with Darth Nihilus!

Another strategy is to use General Kenobi's kit against him. If you can lay buff immunity on GK and then crit Barriss she will gain crit immunity for a turn. If you time this right you can burn through Barriss pretty quickly. When this works it is effective, but I've found this particular strategy can fall apart quickly if rng is not in your favor, so I prefer the presented approach in the vid.
