With all the new additions to the game, I have begun to feel like Capital Games is starting to bring balance to the arena meta. Where once only one team ruled for months at a time, now it seems like more and more toons are becoming arena viable. Is this their attempt to make the game more pvp friendly between free to play and pay to play players?
