Buying vs. Farming mods and Mod Maintenance

Three criteria for keeping or buying mods:
1: Is it part of the right set you need?
2: Does it have the right primary stat?
3: Does it have any secondary speed or flat offense secondary stats?

Beginning markers to look for: +50 to 80 offense and +5 speed. Any mod with +10 speed is worth keeping.
